Choosing Meals on Wheels for your meals is simple!
Just complete the Online Referral Form below and submit it online. Don’t forget to include any special dietary requirements so we can make sure your meals are perfectly suited to you.
You can also find your local service using the information provided below.
Once your form is submitted, your local Meals on Wheels team will be in touch within the next business day to help you place your first order.
If you’re a My Aged Care client, please take a moment to read the Australian Government’s Statement of Rights, which explains your rights and what you can expect when receiving Meals on Wheels services.

Prices
For eligible My Aged Care clients, meals are subsidised by the Australian Government and there is also a client contribution required. The price includes the meal item and delivery to your door. *Prices as at 1st March 2025

Deliveries
Our dedicated volunteer team is at the heart of Meals on Wheels. Each volunteer is committed to supporting their local community and helping those in need.
Every volunteer holds a current police check (or a statutory declaration if they have lived overseas for an extended period), ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all our clients.
There are no delivery fees, just wholesome meals delivered with care and kindness.
Many of our volunteers deliver along the same routes each week, building genuine connections and friendships with clients over time. They quickly become a friendly, familiar face that clients look forward to seeing whether it’s every week, fortnight, or month.

How do I pay?
We offer a range of payment methods including Cash, EFTPOS and Bank Transfer. Invoices will be provided weekly or monthly.
Can my children, relative or advocate pay on my behalf?
Yes, we often have children making payments on behalf of their parent for the meals. Invoices can be sent direct to a nominated representative on your behalf.
